Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) major

Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) major, academic system: five years, awarded with a bachelor's degree in medicine. The specialty of traditional Chinese medicine is led by the concept of "great doctors  sincerity", and a practical teaching system of "practice + teachers + characteristic inheritance + internship" and an innovative talent training system of "guided accurate guidance + scientific research + innovation and entrepreneurship" are constructed. The specialty of traditional Chinese medicine is committed to cultivating clinical use talents with TCM thinking and mastering systematic TCM theory and diagnosis and treatment technology, as well as good scientific research literacy and noble medical ethics.

Course setting: medical ancient texts, basic theory of TCM, TCM diagnostics, Chinese materia medica, pharmaceutics, diagnostic basis, TCM internal medicine, western medicine internal medicine, TCM surgery, TCM gynecology, TCM pediatrics, acupuncture and moxibustion, massage, tissue embryology, anatomy, pathophysiology, pharmacology, microbiology, and immunology.

Employment direction: Graduates may engage in medical treatment, teaching and scientific research in TCM medical institutions, scientific research institutions, general hospitals and various related medical and health units at all levels.
